Since 1993, Dabs Café has made a favorable mark on Middle Georgia, providing a pleasant atmosphere, great food, entertainment, games and the million dollar smile of proprietor, Earlene “Dab” Wallace-Appling.

“Dab”, as she is affectionately called, realized her dream of opening her very own restaurant after a successful  20 year stint with the Hardee’s fast food cooperation. As the Franchise consultant, Wallace-Appling was responsible for 28 restaurants and won numerous awards for annual sales volumes she produced for Hardee’s.

This Crisp County High School graduate earned a degree from Fort Valley State University in Home Economics/Food & Nutrition. Her personal motto is, "Love is as love does."
